Getting started
Do I have to pay to start reselling?+
No. Activating your reseller account is free and instant on the Básico plan — no monthly fee, no card. You're only charged per key you generate.
What's the difference between the plans?+
All of them give you the dashboard and key generation. What changes is the cost per key (it drops from Básico to Intermediário and Premium) and extras such as seeing the Steam user, custom PowerShell and Anti-Denuvo on the higher plans.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
No. Use Básico for free as long as you like and only move to a paid plan when your volume justifies it. You can cancel the renewal whenever you want.
Keys & delivery
How do I get the keys?+
You generate them yourself in the dashboard, instantly. Every key comes in Steam format (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and is yours to pass on to your customer however you prefer.
Can I generate keys in bulk?+
Yes. You can generate several keys at once and group them into labelled batches, which makes it easier to track specific campaigns and orders.
How does the customer activate the game?+
They download the Steam Wave launcher, run it once (it sets Steam up on its own) and paste the key into Games → Activate a Product on Steam. The game lands in their library like any other key.
What about Denuvo games?+
Denuvo titles are supported: the launcher applies the ticket automatically during activation, so the game really does land in the customer's account. Full Anti-Denuvo is part of the Premium plan.
Does multiplayer work on activated games?+
It depends on the game, and we flag it on the card before you buy. There are three scenarios. Games with the cyan 'Bypass Online' pill have a fix applied — P2P sessions and custom servers work through Goldberg (e.g. Left 4 Dead 2, Among Us). Games with the amber 'MP without fix' pill do have an online mode on Steam, but we don't have a specific fix yet — single-player runs fine, though official multiplayer may fail to connect. And titles with mandatory anti-cheat (Palworld, Rust, Ark) won't work online even with a generic fix, and the risk of the account being banned is real. Key activations are not refunded because multiplayer doesn't work on a game without a fix — activate knowing which scenario you're in.
Payment & support
Which payment methods do you accept?+
You top your wallet up via PIX, confirmed automatically within seconds. How you charge your own customers is entirely up to you.
How long does a top-up take to clear?+
Seconds. As soon as the PIX payment is confirmed the balance shows up in your wallet and you can generate keys.
Do I get support?+
Yes. Resellers get a dedicated support channel for questions about running the store, activation and specific games.
What if a game doesn't run on my customer's machine?+
Most of the catalogue is tested with our launcher. If the problem is on our side, talk to support and we'll either fix it or tell you what to do next.
