This English text is provided for convenience only. The Portuguese version of this document is the sole legally binding version, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

This policy explains how we handle your data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Sign-up: name (optional) and email.
• Checkout: the data required to process the payment (e.g. name and CPF), handled by the payment provider.
• Activation: a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your computer, used only to bind the key.
• Technical data: access and usage logs, for the security and operation of the service.

2. How we use it

• To process orders and deliver keys.
• To provide support and send you information about your account.
• To send promotions, only with your consent (you can opt out at any time).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing

We share data only with essential providers (payment processing and transactional email) and where required by law. We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. For promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in the footer of each message or the /descadastrar page.

5. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for our legal obligations. Passwords are stored hashed and access to them is restricted.
