This English text is provided for convenience only. The Portuguese version of this document is the sole legally binding version, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

1. About the service

Steam Wave is an independent game activation service for the Steam client. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve Corporation. "Steam" is a trademark of Valve Corporation. When you buy a key you receive an activation code and a launcher that unlocks the title in your local Steam library.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and at checkout.

3. Keys and activation

• Each key is unique and becomes tied to the first computer on which it is activated (HWID lock).
• We only list titles we have tested with our own activator.
• Online modes with third-party anti-cheat may not work in some games.
• Keys may be resold exclusively through the Steam Wave platform, under an active reseller plan. See the plans at /en/pricing. Redistributing or reselling keys outside the terms of your plan is prohibited.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via PIX by a third-party provider. Your order is confirmed automatically once the payment clears.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to circumvent the activation controls, and not to distribute, copy or expose keys improperly. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for restrictions imposed by third parties outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
