Refund policy

This English text is provided for convenience only. The Portuguese version of this document is the sole legally binding version, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

1. PIX top-ups (wallet)

Credit added to the wallet through a PIX payment is final and non-refundable. Once the payment has cleared and the balance has been credited, there is no right of withdrawal, no voluntary reversal and no return of the amount paid — under no circumstances, including balance that has not been used yet.

2. Keys and activation

Keys generated or activated using the wallet balance likewise create no right to a refund of the top-up that funded that balance. Technical activation problems are handled by support with the aim of restoring the service, not of returning the value of the PIX top-up.

3. When no refund applies

• A PIX top-up already credited to the wallet (used or not).
• A key generated, sold or activated using the wallet balance.
• Incompatibility disclosed in advance (e.g. online mode with third-party anti-cheat).
• Problems caused by the user's own environment (hardware, operating system, settings).
